Payment, Transaction & Bonus Terms

All transactions on goo11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Account verification (ID verification) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Once a withdrawal request has been verified, it is typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, goo11 reserves the right to hold funds until the investigation is complete.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own wagering requirements. A specified amount of betting activity must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

- Fraudulent or Abnormal Betting Activity
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Suspected Money Laundering or Illegal Activity
Limitation of Liability
Goo11 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or events beyond its control. However, it is ensured that:
- Bets that cannot be completed due to a technical error will be voided and the stake refunded.
- Transactions in progress during server downtime will be safely preserved.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
